Skedyul builds customer experience systems for appointment-driven businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information. It covers people who visit skedyul.it, people who enquire about working with us, our clients, and the customers we message on a client’s behalf.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are in another country, we still treat your information with the same care.
In this policy, “Skedyul”, “we”, “us” and “our” means the Skedyul business operating at skedyul.it.

When you deal with Skedyul directly (the website, a sales call, a contract, billing), we decide why and how that information is used. We are responsible for it.
When we run conversations for a client (SMS, chat, relationship records, follow-up), we do that on the client’s instructions. The client is responsible for telling their customers why they are being contacted, and for the relationship. We process that information to deliver the service they have asked us to run.
If you received a message from a gym, agency, clinic or similar business, and you want it to stop or you want a copy of what they hold, start with that business. We will help them respond.
Depending on how you use the site or talk to us, we may collect:
We use this to respond to enquiries, run the business relationship, improve the site, and keep the service secure. We do not sell it.
To run CX on a client’s behalf we may process, among other things:
A message only goes out when it meets the process the client has agreed, including confidence thresholds and human approvals where those are in place. We monitor and refine that process on the client’s behalf. We do not use a client’s customer data to market Skedyul to those customers.
Directly from you, from our clients, from the systems they connect (for example booking, CRM or messaging tools), and from the conversations themselves. We also receive information from service providers who host the site, send messages, or help us operate the product.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect your IP address as part of serving those files. See Google’s own privacy information for that processing.
We share personal information only as needed to run the service:
Some providers are outside Australia. If information is stored or accessed overseas, we take reasonable steps so it is handled with comparable protection.
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, to run the contract, or as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where we reasonably can.
We use access controls, monitoring, and contracted providers to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to cause serious harm, we will follow Australian notifiable data breach rules, including notifying affected people and the OAIC where required.
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. You can also tell us you do not want to be contacted by Skedyul about our own services.
For information we hold only because we are running a client’s CX, we will usually point you to that client, and help them action your request.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
The site may use cookies or similar tools that are needed for it to work, or that help us understand how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may then work less well.
Our website and services are for businesses, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own marketing.
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top will change. The current version will always be at skedyul.it/privacy.
