These terms cover use of skedyul.it and, at a high level, how we work with clients. If we have a signed agreement with you, that agreement wins if anything clashes with this page.
Skedyul provides customer experience systems for appointment-driven businesses. Contact: skedyul.it/contact.
The site is for information. It is not a quote, an offer, or a guarantee of results. Case studies describe real work. They are not a promise that your business will get the same outcome.
Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break it, scrape it in a way that harms it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
Content on the site (copy, layout, marks, case study presentation) belongs to Skedyul or our licensors. You may not copy it for a commercial product of your own without permission. You may link to the site.
Booking a call does not create a paid engagement. Either of us can walk away after the conversation. Anything confidential you share on that call should be treated as confidential by us, and the same the other way.
Paid work is set out in a proposal, order or contract. In outline:
We can suspend or stop work if invoices are unpaid, if continuing would break the law, or if the working relationship is no longer viable. We will say so in writing.
When we message or record conversations for you, you instruct us as the business that owns that relationship. Our privacy policy explains how we handle that information. You warrant that you can lawfully provide it to us and that customers can be contacted on the channels we use.
We work carefully. We do not guarantee bookings, revenue, listing rates, or any particular conversion. Those depend on your offer, your team, your market, and the quality of the data.
The site and any pre-contract material are provided as is. To the extent Australian Consumer Law lets us limit our liability, we do. For website use, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For client work, liability is as set in the signed agreement. If that agreement is silent, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law says we cannot limit it (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. The current version is at skedyul.it/terms. Changes do not rewrite a signed client contract unless that contract says they do.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute is about the website only, the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction. Client contracts may name a different state.
